You are responsible for the account you use, the information you submit and the security of your login details. Do not share your password. If you think your account is compromised, contact staff right away.
Do not abuse bugs, exploit the website or server, spam staff, impersonate others or bypass moderation. KingdomTopia is built around fair play, roleplay and competitive but respectful conflict. Staff may intervene when behavior harms the community or the experience of other players.
Staff may warn, mute, suspend or remove access to protect players, the server or the website. Where needed, we can update, hide or delete content tied to moderation, fraud, abuse or safety. Access to the service is always a privilege, not a guaranteed right.
Optional donations and cosmetic perks do not grant ownership over the server or any gameplay advantage. They are subject to the same moderation and balance rules as the rest of the community. We may adjust, remove or replace digital perks if the server changes.
We may update these terms as the website or server evolves. Continuing to use KingdomTopia after a change means you accept the latest version posted here. We may not individually notify every user of every edit, so checking this page from time to time is a good habit.
If you post messages, reports, screenshots, suggestions or other content through the website or Discord, you grant KingdomTopia the right to review, store and use that content for support, moderation, community management and server operation.
You may not use the site or server to break the law, scam users, spread malware, harass others, leak private information, evade punishments or interfere with the operation of the website and game systems.
We try to keep the website and server available, but outages, maintenance, updates and unexpected issues can happen. We are not responsible for delays or temporary interruptions caused by hosting, third-party services or maintenance work.
The KingdomTopia name, branding, website design, graphics and custom content belong to the project unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell or impersonate the brand as your own without permission.
Open a support ticket on Discord if you need help understanding these terms or if an account or moderation issue needs staff attention. Staff can explain the rules, but they can also enforce them when needed.
